The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services launched Partnership for Patients, a public-private partnership that will help improve the quality, safety and affordability of health care for all patients. The Oregon Association of Hospitals and Health Systems is a partner in this initiative, which brings together hospital leaders, employers, physicians, nurses, and patient advocates to help make hospital care safer, more reliable, and less costly.
