JOB SUMMARY

The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall management of the assigned service line/clinic(s). Ensures that the service line is providing optimum patient service. Serves as advisory personnel manager to Clinic Supervisors and/or Leads where applicable, in order for all non-provider staff to maximize productivity by ensuring high energy and morale. Coordinates with other relevant OMC departments to address facilities management, human resource, finance and marketing needs for the service line. Works with OMP Operations Director to incorporate OMC strategic planning and development. Assists Operations Director and OMC Chief Financial Officer in the preparation of annual budget. Monitors, provides statistical reporting and implements changes necessary to comply with budget, maximize revenues, maintain adequate cash flow and comply with government and oversight agency regulations. Works with OMC Operations Director, Hospital Administration and on-site providers to ensure the highest standards of practice performance by providing timely information regarding current status of clinic and by suggesting future plans of action to improve overall clinic practice. Supervises Clinic Supervisors and Leads within the service line and coordinates closely with Medical Director and other clinic providers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EQUIPMENT COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical Administration or related field. Five years comparable experience and training may be considered. Managerial experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Five years experience in a health care clinic setting. Two years of supervisory experience required, five years preferred.

LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
