Everett and Puyallup Washington Pacific Rehabilitation Centers was established in 1984 and is a locally owned, independent rehabilitation company. A CARF-accredited Return-to-Work Pain Management Program and industrial-focused Work Programs are among the signature programs. We also offer a range of other health and wellness related programs.

Located in the heart of Washington State’s beautiful Puget Sound region, Pacific has three clinics: Bellevue, Puyallup and Everett. Our interdisciplinary team approach and non-interventional, active rehabilitation philosophy creates successes for our patients in all areas of Life, Work and Wellness.

We are currently searching for a positive and caring MD/DO to join our Everett team as a Clinic Physician for three days and to provide 1 day per week coverage to our Puyallup location. We offer the opportunity to grow, develop and refine the medical treatment aspects of our programs including adding services earlier in the pain continuum. You will have the opportunity to participate in research, education and to have a positive impact on the community.

This position is responsible for directing and coordinating a goal-oriented, interdisciplinary team effort among well-qualified clinicians with expertise in pain-related and industrial rehabilitation areas - physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, vocational rehabilitation and nursing. The role involves contact with patients from initial evaluation through treatment and discharge planning as well as participating in our growing integrated services for the public.

Skills:

Musculoskeletal assessments, spine care, pain management, evaluating patients in context of interdisciplinary needs and pursuing opioid elimination strategies, willing to:

  • learn rehabilitation model,
  • work with an interdisciplinary team,
  • work within a worker’s compensation system
  • work within a commercial insurance system
  • interest in treating chronic pain and injured workers

Benefits Package:

  • Salary: $150,000-$200,000 DOE. Full-time equivalent. Currently, this position is 4 days per week. Medical and additional benefits negotiable.
  • Moving expenses paid up to $8,000. State Medical, DEA and controlled substance license covered as bonus. Partnership, management or clinical tracks available.
