Job Description

Director-Human Resources (Job Opening 426267) - Scope of Position Responsible for the readiness and efficient delivery of HR services to the organization by providing an innovative approach to organizational challenges and the ability to translate strategy into operating results. Develop, implement, and drive the people strategy and agenda that meets the objectives and long-term strategic vision of the organization. Works closely with Executive team members and their direct reports to provide a strategic support in order to address the core business needs and further enable the growth agenda for OSUWMC. Position Summary Develops people strategies and solutions that align with the business and operational goals of the assigned business units and/or functional areas. Responsible for translating the business goals and aligning with human resources goals and Centers of Excellence strategies. Provides high-level coordination and technical expertise to ensure development and implementation of HR strategies across the medical center. Propose, plan and implement initiatives to drive a high performance team, as well as an inclusive and collaborative culture.

Education and Experience

For Hire: Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or related field. Masters preferred. Minimum of 8+ years? experience in Human Resources/business partner capacity. Strong OD and change management skills. Proven customer centric focus; ability to influence culture and create alignment between business goals, behaviors, and systems that drive performance. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish `quick? rapport with all levels of the organization. Strong consultative style with proven experience supporting senior executives. Strong mind-set for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
